GENERAL
What is Play Make Create?
Play·Make·Create is a process-art studio focused on open-ended creativity. We prioritize exploration, sensory play, and making without pressure for a finished product.
What ages do you serve?
We offer programming for toddlers through tweens. Each class, camp, or event lists the intended age range so you can choose what’s best for your child.
Do kids need prior art experience?
Not at all. All activities are designed to meet kids where they are.
What should my child wear?
Clothes that can get messy. We use washable materials, but paint, clay, and mixed media are part of the fun.
CLASSES
How long are classes?
Most classes run between 45-60 minutes depending on age group and format.
Are classes drop-off or caregiver-assisted?
This depends on age. Younger classes like Mini Makers may require caregiver participation, while older kids’ classes have the option to be drop-off at teachers discretion (Details are listed on each class page.)
What if my child misses a class?
Missed classes are non-refundable, but may be made up or substituted for Open Studio credit, depending on the scenario.
Can siblings attend the same class?
Only if they fall within the listed age range. This helps ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Do you offer class packs or memberships?
Yes. We offer full-session enrollment for our classes, and passes for Open Studio. These offerings give you the best deal! Our classes can also be attended on a drop-in basis, but please call ahead to see if there is space available in the class.

What ages are camps for?
Camps are typically for kids ages 4–8 or 9-12 unless otherwise stated.
What does a typical camp day look like?
Camp includes a mix of teacher-led crafts, collaborative projects, free-play, and snack/lunch breaks.

Are camps drop-off only?
Yes. Camps are drop-off only.
Can I switch camp weeks?

What types of parties do you offer?
We offer private art parties with process-based activities tailored to the age group and interests of the guest of honor.

PRIORITY ACCESS PRICING
Why is Priority Access pricing non-refundable?
Priority Access is designed for families who are ready to commit early in exchange for our best pricing and first choice of weeks. Because spots are limited and held just for your child, deposits are non-refundable.

Families who need more flexibility may prefer Standard Registration, which offers a refundable deposit up to 30 days before camp.
Cancellations within two weeks of camp are non-refundable for all registrations.
Can I combine discounts?
Yes! Priority Access families may combine:

Sibling discounts
-
Multi-week discounts
Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
Is there a limit to how many weeks we can book?
No limit — and many families choose multiple weeks so children can settle in, build friendships, and deepen their creative confidence.
Why book multiple weeks?
Week one is about getting comfortable.
Week two (and beyond) is where kids really stretch creatively, take risks, and feel at home.
How many spots are available?
Spots are intentionally limited to keep groups small and the experience high-quality. Once a week fills, it closes.

Please keep children home if they are sick or showing symptoms of illness.
Are materials non-toxic?
Yes. We use child-safe, non-toxic materials.
